Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice but more than 24 hours' notice will incur a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund. No-shows and cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment will not receive a refund. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty as long as you provide at least 48 hours' notice and can be done so through your account.
